Our Furniture products and service are second to none. We offer Solid Wood and Veneers or an all Laminate
product, delivering the highest quality product for the best possible price point. Your property may have a
special need for custom size or completely different types of furniture. We are always ready to provide
these furniture types as we already have around the world.
Upholstery
We show only a small representation of what upholstery we can provide. There are hundreds of different
styles sofas, chairs and ottomans.
We can also provide thousands of different fabrics at different price points.
The fabric is one of the most important factors in selecting your upholstery needs. The durability and
abrasion level of the fabric is key to lower maintenance and longer lasting upholstery.
Location and frequency of use need to be considered, for example, high traffic public areas where spills are
common. Soil and stain-resistance fabrics are highly recommended as they can be more easily cleaned. Crypton
type fabric does not absorb any liquids, stains or odors. If we’re dealing with a budget hotel, we have
budget fabrics and vinyls that can provide the price that they need. If we are dealing with a mid-service
hotel, we can step it up into better fabrics and vinyls. If we are dealing with a premium hotel, we step
them into more premium fabrics and vinyls and sometimes even leathers.
Lighting
We manufacture our lamps and lampshades to meet the highest standards of quality and durability for
residential and commercial applications.
All of our lighting are UL approved and tested under our strict quality control standards and
specifications. While most of our product are manufactured in the USA; those imported are still subjected to
the same strict quality control standards and specifications.
The examples shown are only a very small sampling of the thousands of types of lighting available. As an
example, we have over 2,000 molds just for ceramic and resin lamps.
Yoder & Associates, Inc can take your lighting project from concept design to completion all under our
control. We have the capability of custom colors on many of our products.
There are also many style bases, with selections of different switches, power outlets as well as USB
outlets.
Window Treatment
Fabric Choices, what you see as examples are only a very small sampling of what Yoder Drapery Direct has
access to, there are literally tens of thousands of fabrics available at all types of price points.
Once our workroom has completed your drapery treatment our team of installers can carefully mount the
hardware and hang the drapery.
